A large festival has been set up in an expansive city square an hour away from Wave crest. The night sky is lit up with stars and the warm summer breeze carries the scent of food from the many stalls that line the square. Lights, colorful flags, and game booths have been set up and species of all shapes and sizes are walking about enjoying the atmosphere.

In the center of the square is a large feathered cat-like creature. She notices you looking and comes over to introduce herself.

Rora: “Good afternoon, my name is Rora and I want to personally welcome you to the Festival of Stars! We are so happy to be here and I can assure you that Alfiens know how to throw a good party. Make sure you stop by the food and game stalls, we have the best vendors this side of the milky way! There are a lot of surprises in store everyone so try to stick around. Oh! And before you go, make sure you hold on to any feathers you find! They will be important later. Here, you can have one from me!” (Click Here)

After she hands you the feather her eyes light up as she gets an idea.

Rora: “If you want more feathers try exploring around more, sometimes you can find them lying about or you might get them from trying some of the booths around the festival.”“ She gestures around to all the festival booths behind her that have vendors and game hosts laughing and joking with festival goers. Suddenly Rora's expression drops a bit.

Rora: “I wish I had more to give you but those pesky creatures you call 'Stickits' got into my supplies and have run amok with them. They even managed to tear up some important tapestries that I needed for later in the festival….Hopefully I can find all the pieces. But don't worry about that now, if I can't find them I will see if someone can help me. For now just make sure you have fun!” She gently pats you on the shoulder with a large paw before turning to go and greet others.
