General Summery:

When a small sink hole was found under the cover of trees near the Aguas Muertas Venezula it was discovered that it was the opening to an expansive cave system. Some brave souls explored the cave system and found that it lead under the Catatumbo river in Venezuela and opened up into a massive expanse right under the mouth of the river above. It was abandoned due to safety issues until the past 10 or so years when a group of rather deliquiate Seetra made their way into the cave and started to invite their friends. Over time they began to reinforce the massive cave space and found that by using the power of the lightening that struck the water above them they could power just about anything they needed. The group began to invite more and more until the cave had formed its own city.

This city is filled with neon lights, constant raves, and entertainment. This city is kept under wraps and the entrance has a cloaking device that is used to hide it from those that don't already know where it is. To keep their haven safe the group that runs Trueno has a strict policy that you must be invited to enter. If your guest brings trouble or tries to reveal the location of the party paradise then both the rule breaker and the person who invited them are banned from coming back or worse…

Despite being a place of constant fun and parties, Trueno has attracted a lot of shady folks and black market merchants. It is important to always keep your wits about you when visiting. Locals of the city are always looking to make easy money so pick pocketing and scamming is common. Usually if you have money and are invited you can get protection by paying a local guide to keep you safe.

Make sure to tread with caution and stay away from the outer edges of the cave, it does have smaller sub-tunnels that party goers get lost in and are never seen again….
