General Summery: A large city that is placed between dimensions of Humanity and Fetterlings. It was created when Humanity and Fetterlings worked together as a test for dimension jumping. It was a success but hasn’t been repeatable. It’s a place of invention and the sky is pure white and always light. It’s one of the places where Humanity and Fetterlings work together in peace.
