Brief summery:The SPA is a large branching group that dedicates themselves to protecting sentient life forms in their territory. They will defend planets that are new to deep space travel from pirates, corporations, and those that would otherwise take advantage of them. They do this with the understanding that these life forms will join them at a later point and help to continue their mission.
