 Caltin was formed from the ruins of a great city that was left behind by 'The ones before', and has been nothing short of a technological treasure trove for the [[Seetra]] population. While most of the left over tech has been greatly damaged, the residents of the city have managed to uncover and repurpose a good portion of it.
