 +Tragon's come from a geode like structure that is imbued with both of their parent's core essence. This can take some time to do and these 'eggs' grow slowly. Eventually a gem or mineral forms on the outside of this egg and this will reflect the Voidwing's core material. Each baby Voidwing has a small modified tooth on the end of their nose that looks like a horn. They will use this tooth to break open the egg from the inside when they are ready to hatch.
