+A Talasii Warfang is an item that is given out by the guild to those that have earned them. They are usually earned through feats of greatness in combat, successfully raiding large cargo ships, gaining new territory for the guild to control, or otherwise bringing great honor and prowess to the guild. Each fang has a series of symbols down the side that briefly describe the story of how the fang was earned and the owners name. The fang comes from a species of large creature that was owned by the founder of the Crimson Wings. The beast's teeth shed and regrew often and their strong and sharp nature symbolized the nature of the Talasii guild. These were given out to the Crimson Wings and it became a tradition to give them out to honor great accomplishments. They quickly became a status symbol amongst the guild and the Talasii incorporate these Warfangs into their outfits and jewelry. Once enough of these have been collected the Shirefolk's rank in the guild will increase.

+     Guild Ranks and Badges
+Each guild has a ranking system that shows the status of its members. The lowest rank is 1 and the current highest is 5. Shirefolk can earn higher ranks in their guild by participating in [[Guild Work]] and earning the corresponding guild item. Talasii members will earn Warfangs!
