The night sky is lit up with stars and the warm summer breeze carries the scent of food from the many stalls that line the square. Lights, colorful flags, and game booths have been set up and species of all shapes and sizes are walking about enjoying the atmosphere. [[Rora]] Is busy greeting guests and fixing decorations here and there before she spots you and walks over. {{:rora_grin.png?200|}} **Rora: "Good afternoon, my name is [[Rora]] and I want to personally welcome you to the [[Festival of Stars]]! I could hardly believe that we got the funding approved to host the festival again this year. The [[SPA]] said it was such a hit they want me to host it every year! We have prizes that you can win from the game booths, new foods to try, and so much more. Oh! And before you go, make sure you hold on to any feathers you find, the [[feather merchant]] will trade some good prizes for them. Or so I thought, they still seem to causing mischief around the festival, so if you see one be sure to scoop it up and take it home with you.
