**General Summery:** Located in the middle of the central desert and surrounded by a ring of acidic water, Blackstone is used to buy, sell, and trade items of value. These range from relics, black market items, stolen property, and most things you can think of.

While the authorities of [[Tollum]] are not pleased about this there is quite a bit of red tape stopping them from stepping in. The residents of Blackstone have long claimed this type of trade to be part of their culture and heritage and that outside intervention prevents them from making their livelihood. 

As a result the residents have gone to great lengths to not only protect Blackstone from inspections, but to also give it the outward appearance of a settlement that fits the laws and guidelines of other districts on Tollum. 

Despite this, many crime trails lead to Blackstone and all attempts to instill non-corrupt officials have failed.
