+The Milky Way galaxy is host to a seemingly endless array of celestial bodies and an ever expanding variety of species.
+Advanced species capable of space travel have begun to race across the stars in search of fame, fortune, adventure, and dominance.
+Rising from the stardust and battles for resources, several large guilds and authorities been formed.
+The [[SPA]] with their noble intentions to protect the new comers to the space travel scene strive to create order, safety, and rules for all. With the largest amount of territory in the Milky Way the SPA is well highly respected and while they prefer to use the power of diplomacy over their fire power, their military might is not to be trifled with. If a system is in need and wishes to align with them, they will go to great lengths to help secure and welcome those that seek them.
+The [[CorpiVain]] merchants guild, who will travel to the far reaches of space to make a profit. They boost the economy of any System they are present in with trading, imports, and exports. But you do have to watch out for some of the guilds more shady members and organizations that deal in black markets, bribery, and purchasing planets to fill them with advertisements. If there is something you want or need, you can trust the Corp guild will find and sell it to you.
+The [[Talasii]] space pirates that once had an iron grip on most of the known galaxy before they were pushed back by the SPA. This guild is brimming with pirates, mercenaries, and other shady types that would sell you out in a second. They do provide a place for those that do not feel they fit in elsewhere and will give you work. But make sure to trust them sparingly. A Talasii guild member will become an ally or enemy at a moments notice if it benefits them. As soon as that benefit is gone they hold loyalty to no one but themselves and The Crimson Wings.

Cost and availability are still key reasons why the planet has yet to become fully up to date and allow space age technology into every facet of life. Earth as a whole would still be very recognizable and 'normal' to the modern human.

The world is built on the remining structures of a planet that experienced an Apocalypse so some tech seems 'old' but is actually more advanced that what the Seetra have currently built.

Most 'technology' consists of devices that are activated by the Degil/user applying their magic which allows it to perform an action for the Degil/user.

+{{:tollum_image.png?100|}}-[[Tollum]] is a decent mix of top of the line space technology and cities that are filled with historical buildings and the rich culture they have had for centuries. Tollum's residents are willing to try out anything that can give them an edge in the galactic market but has also taken great steps to preserve their culture and history. Sections of major cities and the planet in general are reserved and not allowed to have 'upgrades' past a certain year of creation to help prevent their culture from being lost.

They prioritize being able to hybridize the technology that they have with the world around them. If they can avoid having to remove or destroy natural structures and ancient plants then they will do so. This has led to some amazing tech-flora fusions. With the goal to keep their 'carbon footprint' minimal they have succeeded in keeping their planet mostly unsullied by pollution and toxic waste.

The planet has technology integrated into most every facet and has found ways to meld it with their natural magics. While this has made the planet very smooth and efficient in its actions it has left behind chunks of the residents history and culture in favor of these newer systems. Non-residents may have a harder time here since a good control of magic and the ability to integrate with primal forces to be able to fully use all the resources on the planet.
