 Upon visiting the town these Shirefolk found that the herbs and plants on the mountainside were watered by the melting snows from that came from the mountain peaks. This water seemed to have a strong magical charge to it and thus gave some miraculous properties. They could be used as highly potent ingredients in potions, ceremonies, and infused into charms to try and increase one's powers.
