It is up to you on how this venom was given. Some ideas are Damian biting them, injecting the venom by pricking them with an old venom filled tooth he has laying around, or the Folk drinking the venom from a vile. Did they come to Damian already infected and just seeking help? If they have come pre-infected he can help coach them through the pain they feel in their veins. Being at a place where there are lots of blood feeders can make the discomfort more intense for the pre-infected, but Damian can help you get it under control.   You can pick other ways as well, have fun!
